Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).

Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.

Melt the butter and mix it with the crushed Oreo cookies.

Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crust.

Bake for 40 minutes or until the center is set.

Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour.

Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Before serving, whip the whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
