  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  5. Once chilled, shape the mixture into small truffles, about 1 inch in diameter.
  6. Roll the truffles in sprinkles or powdered sugar to coat.
  7. Place the coated truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
