  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, sour cream, and vegetable oil. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Pour half of the cake batter into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle half of the brown sugar mixture over the batter. Drizzle half of the honey on top.
  5. Pour the remaining cake batter over the layers. Sprinkle the remaining brown sugar mixture and drizzle the remaining honey on top.
  6. Use a knife to swirl the layers together.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
  9. In a small bowl, mix together the powdered sugar and milk to make a glaze. Drizzle the glaze over the warm cake.
