  2. Crush the chocolate cookies and mix them with melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  6. Stir in sour cream.
  7. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pie dish.
  8. Bake for 40 minutes or until the center is set.
  9. Let the pie cool to room temperature and then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  10. Melt dark chocolate and drizzle it over the pie.
  11. Serve chilled.
