Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Drain and chop the artichoke hearts.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.

Fold in the chopped artichoke hearts.

Cut the top of the sourdough bread and hollow out the center, leaving about 1 inch of bread around the edges.

Fill the hollowed-out bread with the artichoke mixture.

Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and place it on a baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
