  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet and transfer it to a baking sheet.
  3. Cut the brie cheese into thin slices and arrange them evenly on top of the puff pastry.
  4. Peel and slice the pears, then place the slices on top of the brie cheese.
  5. Drizzle the honey over the pears and sprinkle with thyme leaves, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
