  2. In a large bowl, combine the Bisquick mix, mashed bananas, sugar, egg, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.

  4. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
