  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a food processor, blend pistachios, almonds, graham cracker crumbs, sugar, butter, and salt until finely ground.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.
  5. In a saucepan, heat milk and cream over medium heat until steaming.
  6. In a mixing bowl, whisk together sugar, cornstarch, and egg yolks.
  7. Slowly pour the hot milk mixture into the egg mixture, whisking constantly.
  8. Pour the mixture back into the saucepan and cook over low heat, whisking constantly, until thickened.
  9. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  10. Pour the pudding mixture into the cooled pie crust.
  11. Place the pie in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 2 hours, or until set.
  12. Before serving, top the pie with whipped cream, crushed pistachios, and shredded almonds.
  13. Slice and serve chilled.
