  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pie dish.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and whole milk until thickened. Spread the chocolate pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Top with the remaining cream cheese mixture.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until set.
  7. Before serving, spread whipped topping over the pie and garnish with chocolate shavings.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
