  5. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  6. Divide the dough in half and shape each half into a log. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  7. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  8. Slice the dough logs into 1/4-inch thick rounds and place on the prepared baking sheet.
