In a separate bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar and eggs until pale and fluffy.

Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture, whisking constantly.

Sift in the all-purpose flour and cocoa powder, then fold gently until just combined.

Stir in the orange zest, orange juice, and orange liqueur.
