  3. In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
  4. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the puff pastry shapes.
  5. Place the puff pastry shapes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  8. In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter.
  9. Brush the melted butter over the baked puff pastry shapes.
  10. Sprinkle powdered sugar over the top.
