In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter.

Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and swirl it around to evenly coat the bottom.

Cook for about 2 minutes until the edges start to crisp up and the bottom is golden brown.

Flip the crepe and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Repeat with the remaining batter.
