  2. In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the flour, vanilla extract, and sour cream, and mix until well combined.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake for 60 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  7. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake in the oven for 1 hour to cool slowly.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely at room temperature.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, before serving.
