Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into finger-shaped pieces.

Place almond slices at one end of each finger to resemble fingernails.

Brush the fingers with beaten egg.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Meanwhile, mix ketchup and mustard in a small bowl.

Remove the fingers from the oven and let them cool slightly.

Dip the sliced black olives in the ketchup-mustard mixture and place them at the other end of each finger to resemble severed fingertips.
