In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and melted butter.

Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.

Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet and swirl to evenly coat the bottom.

Cook for about 2 minutes until the edges start to lift, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Repeat with the remaining batter.

Serve the crepes with whipped cream, sliced strawberries, and grated dark chocolate.
