Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Melt the dark chocolate and butter together.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs.

Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture.

Sift in the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder.

Stir in the milk and vanilla extract.

In a bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and heavy cream to make the fudge icing.
