Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate and unsalted butter together.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.

Add the melted chocolate mixture to the sugar and egg mixture, and whisk until well combined.

Sift in the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt, and fold gently until the dry ingredients are fully incorporated.

Stir in the chopped walnuts.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
