Dandelion Tart

In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Press the dough into a tart pan, covering the bottom and sides.

In a separate bowl, mix the dandelion petals, milk, cornstarch, and lemon zest.

Pour the dandelion mixture into the tart shell.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the tart is set and golden brown.
