  5. Slowly pour the hot milk into the egg mixture, whisking constantly.
  6. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  7. Pour the custard mixture into the prepared tart tin.
  8. Sprinkle ground nutmeg on top.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the custard is set and the pastry is golden brown.
