In a large bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.

In a small saucepan, heat milk, water, and olive oil until warm.

Pour the warm liquid mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest in a warm place for 2 hours.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Grease a 9-inch round baking pan with butter.

Stir the batter and pour it into the prepared baking pan.

Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
