  6. Spoon the dough onto a baking sheet, forming small mounds.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool.
  9. Cut each puff in half horizontally.
  10. Fill with whipped cream and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  11. Place the top half of the puff back on and dust with more powdered sugar if desired.
