Cheese twists are a popular appetizer in many cultures and can be made with various types of cheese and seasonings.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface.

Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese evenly over the pastry sheets.

Fold the pastry sheets in half and press gently to seal.

Cut the pastry into thin strips, about 1 cm wide.

Twist each strip gently and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush the twists with beaten egg and sprinkle dried oregano and salt on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
