  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and vanilla extract together. Gradually add the egg mixture to the cocoa mixture, stirring until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the cocoa mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Remove from the oven and let the brownies cool in the pan for 30 minutes.
