  3. Grate the cheddar and Parmesan cheese.

  5. Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center of each puff pastry square.
  6. Fold the edges of the squares over the filling and pinch to seal.
  7. Place the filled puffs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
