Creamsicle Cheesecake
The Creamsicle flavor combination of orange and vanilla was first created in the 1920s and became popular as an ice cream treat. This cheesecake version captures the nostalgic flavors in a creamy and indulgent dessert.

Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan to form the crust.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, orange zest, and orange juice until smooth.

In a separate mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

Add the orange food coloring and mix until well combined.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.

Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour to cool.

Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely.
