  2. In a saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil.
  3. Add flour and stir until the mixture forms a ball.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until puffed and golden.
  8. Let cool completely.
  9. Cut the puffs in half and fill with whipped cream.
  10. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
