In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour blend and butter until crumbly. Press into the bottom of a greased baking dish to form the crust.

In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth. Pour over the crust.

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes or until set. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.
