In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg and then stir in the milk and vegetable oil.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

Gently fold in the cranberries and walnuts.

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
