  2. Wash the sweet potatoes and prick them with a fork.
  3. Place the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until they are tender.
  4. While the sweet potatoes are baking, prepare the cranberry stuffing. In a small bowl, combine the dried cranberries, pecans, maple syrup, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper.
