Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.

In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, pumpkin puree, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.

Gently fold in the cranberries and chopped walnuts.

Divide the batter evenly among the prepared muffin cups.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the muffins to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
