Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Add the unsalted butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, vanilla extract, and milk.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Gently fold in the cranberries.

Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.

Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
