  1. In a saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, and water. Cook over medium heat until cranberries burst, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let cool.

  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add gelatin and mix well.
  4. Fold in whipped topping, pecans, and lemon juice.
  5. Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  6. To serve, unmold onto a serving plate and garnish with additional cranberries and whipped topping if desired.
