  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a food processor, combine the flour, butter, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. Pulse until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Add the egg yolks and vanilla extract. Pulse until the dough comes together.
  4. Press the dough into a tart pan, covering the bottom and sides.
  5. Spread the cranberry sauce evenly over the crust.
  6. Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the cranberry sauce.
  7. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it begins to steam.
  8. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate chips.
  9. Bake the tart for 25-30 minutes, until the crust is golden and the chocolate is melted.
  10. Let the tart cool for 60 minutes before serving.
