  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced bell pepper, onion, and minced garlic. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
  3. Stir in Cajun seasoning, black beans, corn kernels, and cherry tomatoes. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Fluff the couscous with a fork and add it to the skillet. Mix well.
  5. Squeeze lime juice over the couscous mixture and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
