In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.

Layer the ingredients in the mason jar in the following order: flour mixture, rolled oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, chopped walnuts, chocolate chips, and raisins.

Close the jar tightly and attach a label with the following instructions: 'Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, cream together 1/2 cup of softened butter, 1 egg, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Add the contents of the jar and mix until well combined. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire racks.'
