In a large pot, bring vegetable broth to a boil. Add corn, potato, onion, leek, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender.

Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Blend the mixture until smooth.

Return the mixture to the pot and stir in heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and let it cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
