  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the sour cream and flour until just combined.
  4. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan. Drop spoonfuls of strawberry jam on top and swirl gently with a knife. Pour the remaining cream cheese mixture over the jam layer.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.
  6. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
