  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix well.
  5. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  6. Spread half of the cookie dough into a greased baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle the mini marshmallows evenly over the dough.
  8. Drop spoonfuls of the remaining cookie dough on top of the marshmallows.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the baking dish for 30 minutes.
  11. Cut into bars and serve.
