  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in the vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the all-purpose flour and salt to the butter mixture, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough mixture onto the brownie batter. Use a knife to swirl the cookie dough into the brownie batter.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few crumbs.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool in the baking dish for 1 hour.
  9. In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and milk to make the glaze. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled brownies.
