Coconut-Lime Bars with Hazelnut Shortbread Crust

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the hazelnut shortbread crust, shredded coconut, and 1 teaspoon of lime zest. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

In another bowl, whisk together the lime juice, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

Pour the mixture over the crust in the baking dish.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely in the dish.

Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Dust the bars with powdered sugar and cut into squares before serving.
