  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, and yeast.
  2. Heat milk and butter in a saucepan until butter melts.
  3. Add the milk mixture to the flour mixture and mix well.
  4. Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes until smooth.
  5. Let the dough rest for 1 hour.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  7. Spread butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar on top of the dough.
  8. Roll up the dough tightly and cut into slices.
  9. Place the slices in a greased baking dish.
  10. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes.
  11. Mix powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and water to make a glaze.
  12. Drizzle the glaze over the baked cinnamon rolls.
  13. Serve and enjoy!
