  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangular shape.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  4. Spread the butter mixture evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough.
  5. Starting from one of the long sides, tightly roll up the dough into a log.
  6. Cut the log into 8 equal slices.
  7. Place the slices in a greased baking dish, cut-side up.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. While the cinnamon rolls are baking, prepare the cream cheese frosting by beating together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
  10. Remove the cinnamon rolls from the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes.
  11. Drizzle the cream cheese frosting over the warm cinnamon rolls.
  12. Serve and enjoy!
