Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Add the granulated sugar and brown sugar, and whisk until well combined.

Add the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.

Fold in the peanut butter, chocolate chips, and chopped peanuts.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes.

Transfer the brownies to a wire rack to cool completely before cutting into squares.
