  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Spread butter evenly over the pastry sheets.
  4. In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
  5. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the buttered pastry sheets.
  6. Starting from one end, tightly roll up the pastry sheets.
  7. Cut the rolled pastry into 1-inch (5 cm) wide slices.
  8. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  11. Sprinkle powdered sugar over the cinnamon pastries.
  12. Serve warm and enjoy!
