  2. In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
  4. Spread the unsalted butter evenly over the puff pastry.
  5. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the butter.
  6. Starting from one long edge, roll the puff pastry tightly into a log.
  7. Slice the log into 1/2-inch thick slices.
  8. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and let cool.
  11. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
