In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt.

Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.

Spread the unsalted butter evenly over the puff pastry.

Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the butter.

Starting from one long edge, roll the puff pastry tightly into a log.

Slice the log into 1/2-inch thick slices.

Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
