Blondies are often referred to as ‘brownies without chocolate’ and are characterized by their rich, buttery flavor and dense, chewy texture.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Add the brown sugar and mix until well combined.

Add the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Fold in the white chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
