  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a mini muffin tin.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and dark chocolate together in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Slowly pour the melted chocolate mixture into the sugar mixture, stirring until well combined.
  5. In another bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chopped walnuts.

  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
