Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a food processor, pulse the crust ingredients until combined.

Press the crust mixture into the bottom of a tart pan.

Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool.

In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg yolks until smooth.

Pour the cream cheese mixture into the baked crust.

Bake for another 10 minutes, then remove and let it cool.

Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.

Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Chill the strawberries in the refrigerator until the chocolate sets.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.

Spread the whipped cream over the cooled tart.

Dust the tart with cocoa powder.
