Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish.

In a saucepan, melt the butter and dark chocolate over low heat, stirring until smooth.

Remove from heat and stir in the stout beer.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the chocolate mixture to the sugar mixture, stirring until well combined.

Sift in the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir until just combined.
